We will discuss beginning basics from reading a seed packet, estimating your sowing timeline and transplant needs, to gathering the necessary equipment and supplies. Participants will learn germination techniques and apply them to start four different varieties of seed: Broccoli, Basil, Butterfly Milkweed and Four O’Clocks. You will take home your four 6-packs of seed starts to continue growing at home and eventually out in the garden.
